Rod is an experienced customer-centric and commercially savvy digital transformation leader, passionate about delivering results through the innovative application of technology, data, and insights. He has spent 17 years working on digital transformation, program delivery and customer experience initiatives across insurance, telco, energy, CPG, tech and retail industries. Rod joined Baby Bunting in June 2020 and is responsible for the operation and transformation of online platforms and digital customer experience.
