James Roth is a seasoned customer experience leader with extensive expertise in both retail and B2B sectors. At the Australian Loyalty Association (ALA), James is committed to advancing the organization’s mission by providing thought leadership, educational resources, and networking opportunities for loyalty and customer experience professionals across the APAC region. He collaborates with senior stakeholders in diverse industries, including retail, finance, government, technology, not-for-profits, and sports, to foster innovation and drive meaningful industry conversations. James brings a wealth of knowledge from leadership roles in high-impact organizations. Prior to joining ALA, he served as Chief Experience Officer at IVE Group, an ASX-listed marketing services company. There, he led teams in marketing automation, data analytics, and communication strategies, enhancing engagement and delivering exceptional customer experiences. James has also consulted for Mar Tech startups in the loyalty and promotions sector, helping them optimize sales operations and scale their businesses across APAC. He is passionate about leveraging loyalty and technology to drive business growth and success.
